We share candidate information with prospective employers only with your consent. We may share with service providers (email, file storage, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain candidate records for as long as you maintain an account with us, and otherwise for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailingprivacy@pathtechstaff.com. Residents of certain jurisdictions (e.g. CCPA, GDPR) have additional rights — we honor all applicable requests.
